A complete blueprint for natural guides who always knew “coach” was the wrong word. Built around a three-hour workday, the rhythm of a guidance business that actually sustains you.

not a funnel. a letter.
You’ve been doing this work longer than you’ve been calling it work.
People come to you. They always have.
Friends at 2 AM. Colleagues who find their way to your desk. Strangers who start unloading within ten minutes of meeting you at a dinner. You’ve been holding space for other people’s lives without a title, a certification, or an invoice, and you’ve been doing it since you were a teenager.
You’ve read the books. Taken the tests. Done the shadow work.
You know your Human Design, your Enneagram, your attachment style, your nervous system responses. Ram Dass, Jung, Gabor Maté, Naval. Half your reading list would make most of your colleagues uncomfortable. And somehow, you’re still pulling back in the exact same place you always pull back. Right where the work would get real.
The word “coach” has never fit.
The scripts, the discovery-call templates, the “six-figure launch” bros, the $9.99 funnel courses, the certainty-theatre from people who are obviously not well. All of it makes something tighten in your chest. You can’t tell if your resistance is a block, or a signal. It’s a signal. The industry is off. You’re not.
If two of those landed, stay on the page. If all three did, you already know what happens next.
The voices that have been keeping you stuck.
A few of the sentences you’ve probably said to yourself in the dark.
“Who am I to guide anyone?”
You’ve sat with people through divorces, breakdowns, grief. Quietly, unpaid, often at 2 AM. But the moment you imagine charging for it, a voice asks what right you have. You picture your parents’ faces. One more training, you tell yourself.
“Can I actually make a living doing this?”
You’ve watched people with less experience charge four figures. The idea of asking someone for $3,000 makes your chest tighten. You lower your prices. You resent the clients who come. You drop back to free. You wonder if the whole idea was naive.
“What do I even call what I do?”
You’re certified in one thing, trained in something else, with a third modality you never quite integrated. Every draft of your one-liner comes out too narrow or too grandiose. The frame that holds all of it hasn’t clicked yet.
“I’ve been getting ready for years.”
Another book. Another Substack. Another podcast. Another certification you told yourself would be the one. You journal about the vision often. You move on it rarely. You know “ready” isn’t a feeling that arrives on its own. Something else is in the way.
“Something in me refuses to market this way.”
The scripts feel like lying. The “high-ticket launch” posts make your skin crawl. Cold DMing a stranger to offer your soul work feels obscene. Every time you post you move a little further from yourself. You’ve been calling the resistance a block. Your body knows better.
“I’m tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.”
You wake up already depleted. You mask through the meetings. You find five minutes to fall apart in the bathroom. You’ve had the burnout talk with your doctor. Something under everything knows you cannot keep doing this.
If you recognized yourself in three or more of these, the rest of this page was written for you.
The attention economy is dying. The wisdom economy is waking up.
For twenty years, the internet paid for attention.
Loudest voice, biggest funnel, most posts, most followers. It rewarded anyone who could perform certainty — coaches with three-step frameworks, hustle-bros with morning routines, influencers with scripts, content farms with AI-generated sameness.
Something changed. Quietly at first, then faster.
People are tired.
Tired of content that doesn’t touch anything. Tired of $9.99 launches pretending to change a life. Tired of being sold certainty by people who clearly aren’t well. Tired of seeing every feed they open look the same as every other feed.
They want something simpler now. Presence. Someone who has actually been somewhere. Someone who can sit with what’s really going on without collapsing it into seven steps.
This is the next economy waking up.
CEOs are flying to ayahuasca ceremonies. Venture capitalists are doing ten-day silent retreats. Founders are paying for a weekend with someone who can hold space for what the therapy didn’t touch. Self-help publishing is booming. Retreats are sold out a year in advance.
AI is what makes this shift inevitable.
AI will replace every surface-level knowledge worker, every coach teaching generic scripts, every content farm churning out filler. What it structurally cannot do is hold presence for a human being in the middle of a real shift.
That is the one job that cannot be automated. The market is mature enough now to recognize what it’s worth.
This is the start of the next economy.
The guides who learn to make a living from this now will be the ones still doing it in ten years. The work itself does the sorting. The ones who can actually do it stay.
The video that explains the whole thing.
If you want the full model in my own voice, why the wisdom economy is the opening you’ve been waiting for, why your sensitivity is an advantage, the structural logic of the business, watch this. About 45 minutes.

45 MIN · PLAY
Five years ago, I was having another panic attack in the Bloomberg bathroom.
On paper, I had what I was supposed to want. A prestigious job, six figures, the CV you show your parents. A private chauffeur downstairs on late nights. Dinners with CEOs two floors above the bathroom stall I was shaking in.
By then the panic attacks had their own rhythm. Five minutes of shaking, two of composure, walk back out smiling. Nobody knew. How do you explain to people who think you’ve made it that you’re dying inside?
I stayed five years. Then medical leave. Then a year of fumbling. Startups, photography, consulting, certifications, elaborate plans to “become” someone who could do the work I was actually called to. None of it fit. I was solving an identity problem with strategy. That doesn’t work.
The night everything shifted, I had $243 in my bank account and was lying on the floor of my apartment wondering what to do next.
I made a decision that sounded stupid at the time. I stopped trying to become someone new. I started charging, quietly, for the thing I’d already been doing for free since I was fifteen — sitting with people while something real moved through them.
What followed was not a straight line. I spent $50,000 on courses and coaches trying to figure out how to package it. I launched 30+ offers, most of which flopped. I undercharged. I overpromised. I burned out twice more. I nearly went back to finance.
What I eventually worked out, over 2,400+ hours of client work, is that this work runs on different laws than the ones every business course teaches. Different positioning. Different pricing. Different selling. A different definition of what “building a business” means when the thing you’re selling is presence.
Today I live in a small stone house in Puglia, southern Italy. I work three focused hours on most days. I photograph. I cook. I write. I walk under olive trees with my partner Chiara. I earn more than I did at Bloomberg, working much less.
Not because I’m exceptional. Because I eventually built the business the way it was supposed to be built in the first place. When I started teaching that model, 454 other guides built theirs too.

Nik Huno
The structural difference between a coach and a guide.
“I wanted to create this kind of offering for over five years. A huge impetus was your use of the term guide. I never resonated with Coach or Mentor. Your embodiment of it was a huge inspiration.” — Pepä
I get some version of that message every week. The people drawn to this work don’t reject coaching because they think they’re better. They reject it because the container is wrong for what they’re here to do.
Coach
Solves problems. Moves you from A to B on a defined outcome.
Guide
Sits with what’s underneath the problem, until the person finds their own way through.
Coach
Has answers. Gives frameworks.
Guide
Asks the question nobody in your life has asked you yet.
Coach
Gets paid for outcomes — the pounds lost, promotion got, business launched.
Guide
Gets paid for presence during a period of becoming that produces outcomes the person hasn’t yet imagined.
The reason your body tightens every time someone tells you to “position yourself in your niche and run three funnels” is that the advice is correct for coaches. For guides, it’s structurally wrong. You’ve been trying to execute the wrong playbook and blaming yourself for the resistance.
What’s inside the 3-Hour Guidance Business.
Everything I’ve worked out about building a practice that serves people deeply and still leaves you a life. Seven core modules, three bonus modules, new walkthroughs added this round, a manual, a community, expert sessions. Three hours of content.
Core training · 7 modules
The map of the terrain. What changes when you stop treating this as a side project and start treating it as a vocation. By the end you know exactly where to put your next focused hour, instead of losing another year to preparation.
The identity work. The module students come back to me about most. “It solidified why I never resonated with the label of coach” — Edward. “It unlocked my next dimension” — Willae. You finally stop second-guessing whether you’re qualified, because the question itself dissolves. The permission you’ve been waiting for from someone who isn’t going to give it to you, because that’s the point.
How to write in your own voice without it reading as self-indulgent. How to use archetypes to give your brand a spine. How to stop competing for attention and start signaling to the people who were already looking. You leave with a brand that sounds like you and pulls the right people toward you, instead of cringing when someone asks what you do.
How to combine your modalities into one coherent approach that’s yours, not Frankenstein. Students tell me this is where the fog lifts. You walk out with one clean answer to “what do you actually do,” so you can introduce yourself without flinching and the right clients can refer you easily.
How to design one signature offer that’s dense with depth but light on your nervous system. How to price work that doesn’t fit hourly logic. How to stop selling your time and start charging for what actually happens. You finish with one offer that can fill your three-hour days, instead of trading hours for dollars forever.
Enrollment as a different conversation. How to write content that sorts your audience for you, so that by the time someone books a call, they’re already two-thirds enrolled. The shape of the sales conversation, without scripts. Every call you take ends up being someone who’s already decided.
The habits that separate the guides who make it from the ones who drift. You walk out with a repeatable rhythm that holds the practice steady long after the initial motivation fades.
New this round · rebuilt 2026
Me building a real offer from scratch, over the shoulder. One person, one outcome, a named method, a price that makes you slightly uncomfortable. Less theory, more watching it actually get made.
The formats, single session, time-bound container, ongoing practice, co-facilitation, and how to actually run a group without it falling flat. Plus the one pricing rule that matters: never divide your rate by the number of people in the room.
Own the email, not the algorithm. What to give away when your work is presence, not information, and why the right freebie quietly filters the wrong people out before they ever book.
I go through every platform — Substack, YouTube, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, LinkedIn — how I prioritise them, and which ones I’d deprioritise. The full reasoning, updated for how things actually are now, not 2021.
Bonus modules
The rhythm, the boundaries, the weekly architecture. How to design a week that protects the three focused hours that matter and lets the rest of your life be yours. No more guilt-scrolling at midnight wondering if you did enough.
A calendar link. A payment processor. A newsletter. Students have built full practices with less tooling than their Netflix accounts. The whole backend takes one afternoon to set up, and you stop losing weekends to tool-shopping forever.
The patterns. The sequencing. The specific moves that turn a quiet month into a window that fills the practice for the next three. Based on 30+ launches, most of which taught me what not to do. You walk away with one clean playbook that can fill your practice for months from a single open-cart week.
Bonuses
Recorded sessions with guides and teachers including Danny Miranda, Brian Maierhofer, Sarita Walsh, Brett Erik, and Dan Goldfield. Years of hard-won experience from people who’ve already done it.
Global, active, and people actually post. Where Dave posted the day he signed his biggest client, where Brandon announced his first premium offer, where Mihai workshops his next launch in real time. Not another Slack where nobody posts. You stop building alone. These are the people who get it, and who’ll celebrate your first real client at 2 AM your time.
The HUNO Method Manual. The 15 Types of Powerful Questions Framework. The Guidance Business Tech Stack. You walk into your first session holding what most guides spend years and several training programs to put together.
The structure I use for my own launches, stripped to its bones. You stop staring at a blank sales page and start writing something that sounds like you instead of a template.
Premium · Implementation Secrets
Everything here is pre-recorded. The walkthroughs and workshops are recordings you watch on your own time — the same set everyone gets, not personalized or 1:1, and nothing is live or scheduled. The one shared, ongoing space is the community, exactly like the core.

i.
Nine Private Walkthroughs
Exactly how I’d build a guidance business from zero today — the offer, the content, the sales pipeline, the positioning, the writing rhythm, the launch sequence. Pre-recorded private breakdowns, not theory and not personalized. The same set every Tier II student gets. What I’d do if I had to start over tomorrow. You watch me build, instead of guessing your way through year one.
ii.
The Nik Huno AI Mentor
A voice and text mentor trained on everything I’ve written, taught, and recorded across four years of building this work. Up to 80 minutes of voice per month and unlimited text. Me in your pocket when doubt hits at 11 PM, when you’re about to undercharge again, when a sales conversation is 20 minutes away. You get unstuck in real time, instead of waiting a week for a mentorship call.
iii.
Your personal Alchetype report
A custom report based on your answers to the archetype assessment. Your primary and secondary archetype. Your shadow. Your ideal client profile. Your voice signature. Your creative path and how to make a living from it. Students tell me it’s the most personal thing they took from the course. You get it free with your own code the moment you join.
iv.
Nik’s Content Creation Workflow
My actual content process, recorded over the shoulder. How I load real audience language into a Claude project so it stops sounding like a robot, turn one real struggle into a hook, and grow that into a carousel and a post. AI as the editing partner, never the writer. The “is this cheating” question, answered honestly.
“This was very helpful and resonates deeply in my heart. I’ve read the report a bunch of times now and keep learning from it. It’s the first time I feel I have a strategy that feels true to my heart, while being practical.”
— Alexandre
What “3 hours a day” actually means.
Three hours means two things. And one honest caveat.
i.
The course itself is three hours.
I’ve refused to pad it. Most business courses run forty hours because people mistake length for value. I’ve sat with students who sobbed through Module 2 and told me they got more from that hour than from a $5K mastermind.
Three hours of dense work you return to for years.
ii.
Three hours is the workday of a built business.
The rhythm, not the ramp. When your offer is right and your writing is consistent, three focused hours produce more than most corporate jobs do in eight. Your writing and your brand do the carrying, and the work pays $3,000–6,000 a client.
Compounding, not grinding.
iii.
The first ninety days aren’t three hours.
I won’t pretend they are. You’re writing your offer, finding your voice, recording your first content, sitting with discomfort you’ve spent years avoiding. Expect four to six focused hours during build.
The destination, not the path.
A realistic timeline.
EARLY
You complete the course, rewrite your offer, start publishing under your real positioning.
FIRST FEW MONTHS
Most guides who finish the work and publish consistently sign their first paying client at a real price.
SOMEWHERE IN THE FIRST YEAR
The rhythm settles. Your three focused hours start producing more than they did in eight at a job. Your mornings come back to you.
A YEAR IN
You have a practice, a body of writing, and an audience that found you because the work was actually theirs.
Some take longer. Some never get there. The ones who don’t are usually the ones who never finish the course, never publish, or run back to the next certification. The ones who follow through, do.
What happens for the guides inside.

I’ve been trying to find my path, my way of building my online business for almost a year when I met Nik. I got the 3-Hour Guidance Business not because he ever asked me or told me about it, but because of his energy and the power his message had. And it really marked a before and after for me.
I took 6–7 courses, worked with mentors, and paid a few good thousands to learn how to build my business. After your course, I feel I don’t need anything else anymore. I have all the tools and the confidence to build whatever I want.
If anyone reading this is doubting whether the course is worth it, trust me, it is. If you feel aligned with Nik’s message, this course will help you stop seeking.

Five guides. Five stories.
Each one a different arc. None of them had any of this figured out when they started.
Dave H.Legacy Activation · high-net-worth clients
Building someone else’s business in his own name→Work that’s finally his
Dave had a coaching practice and a creeping sense he was building someone else’s business in his own name. Chronic underpricing, clients who didn’t really value the work. He did the identity work in Modules 2 and 3, the pricing work in Module 5, and sat with it for a couple of months. What changed first wasn’t the money. It was that the work finally felt like his. The income followed: his next signings came in at prices he’d have been afraid to name a year earlier.
Aligned clients show up as soon as you stop down-playing your worth.
Brandon H.Guide to artists & music execs
Terrified to charge more than $100→The offer he was scared to name
Brandon was laid off from a music executive role a week before his daughter was born. He enrolled in 3HGB at the same time as a coaching certification. Thirty-five hours of early work at $100 per session and five-session packages for $150 total. He wanted to build a $3,000 premium offer and told the community, in real time, that he was terrified of it. He did the work anyway. First $3,000 client signed weeks after he named the offer.
Lots of internal resistance imagining I would ever get there. I got there.
Liz H.Dating & Relationship Coach
Lost in the noise of other coaches→Found the heart of her work
Liz had a coaching practice but felt lost on her mission. “I was having a tough time tuning into myself, and I found myself being influenced by the noise of other marketing experts or coaches in my niche.” She worked through 3HGB, received her Alchetype report, and found the core of her work. Her first major post-course signing was her biggest client ever — $1,555, paid in full, without a single sales call. The writing had done the sorting.
I discovered the heart of my work, which provided so much clarity in who I serve.
Malana R.Emerging guide
First-ever package→Her first real yes
Malana built her first package on a Sunday. It sold within days. $3,300, her first-ever premium offer, her first-ever buyer at that level. She posted the screenshot to the community the moment the payment cleared. The surprise in her message says more than the number does — she didn’t fully believe it was possible until it happened to her.
Sold my first-ever package to my first-ever package client for $3,300. Whaaa?
JaylaSingapore · healed from 12 years of depression
Zero to first client→In under one month
Jayla joined 3HGB still working through twelve years of depression. She started sharing her work publicly on the 8th of November. By December 12, she had signed her first client and had over twenty potential clients sitting in her DMs. She’s now learning how to filter freebie-seekers and unaligned fits — the good problem to have.
I faced imposter syndrome for a very long time. I simply took action, and everything fell in place.
※The honest part
What actually changed for them.
None of this is magic. Every guide above still had to write when they didn’t feel like it, quote a price that scared them, hit send on the message they wanted to delete. They didn’t work harder. They aimed at something different. Once you have the working principles of how a guidance business actually runs, the same effort produces different results.
The course doesn’t replace the work. It replaces the guesswork.
Different paths. Same pattern. None of them had everything figured out when they started. All of them started anyway.
Two paths from here.
Path A · the old path
You wait another year.
You spend another year reading another stack of books. Another certification that makes you feel qualified without making you ready. Another Thursday evening copying a successful coach’s sales page template and feeling sick in your chest.
You force yourself onto video when video isn’t your medium. You DM strangers scripts you’d be embarrassed for your partner to read. You lower your prices because “it should be accessible” and resent the clients who come.
A year passes. Then another. You’ve helped more people for free in any given month than most coaches help paid in a quarter. The calling gets quieter. The doubt gets louder.
↺ The loop you already know
Path B · this one
You build it the way it was meant to be built.
You stop building the business someone else’s container expects. You build the one your actual life can hold.
You name your medicine. You price it at what it’s worth. You sell it in a way that reads like you’re writing to one real person, because you are. You work three focused hours on most days. Some days four. Some days off without guilt.
Your first paying client arrives, usually through writing — not funnels, not DMs, not pretending to be an extrovert. A few months in, you’re charging what your work is actually worth and your mornings are yours. A year in, you’re running the practice you’d have given anything to have two years ago, from wherever you want to run it from.

Early-bird pricing has ended. The price is €555 (€888 for Tier II), and the doors close Monday at 22:00 CEST (4pm New York). I’m not sure when, or if, I’ll open this again.
A couple of questions.
Both, and I’ve been honest about it above. Three hours is the course length and the eventual workday rhythm. Not a promise about your first ninety days. During build, expect four to six focused hours daily. After build (most hit this by month three to six), three hours is genuinely what it looks like.
One of my students pushed back on the framing in her feedback: “It’s attractive and catchy, yet misguided. The depth is a beautiful surprise. A ’3-week intensive’ feels more true to my experience.” She’s not wrong. Three hours is the destination. The path takes longer.
Because coach has become a commodity word. It carries framework-and-accountability energy — the tone of productivity podcasts and certification mills. That’s not what most of the people reading this actually do.
Guidance is older. Quieter. It’s the word you use when the work is more than goals and goalposts — when what someone actually needs is to be met in a place they can’t quite see yet, and pointed toward a door.
A guidance business is built around who you already are. Not a persona you’re trying to perform. The three-hour model exists because presence doesn’t scale the way content does, and the economics of depth are different from the economics of reach. The course gives you the structure to make that sustainable.
Yes, specifically. Many of the strongest guides inside are women with exactly these constraints. The three-hour model is designed for people who don’t have twelve hours to pour into a business. It’s why the offer is high-ticket 1:1 rather than endless group programs. You work with a handful of people deeply instead of scaling content endlessly.
Especially if you’re starting. Modules 1–2 are built for you. Your lived experience is the credential. Most of the strongest stories — Mihai, Willae, Irene, Brandon — started without an audience.
Yes, in a specific way. It’ll help you reposition. Many students come in running coaching businesses that feel slightly wrong and leave having transitioned into guidance — higher prices, cleaner offers, a brand that finally matches them. This isn’t an add-on to coaching. It’s a different model. You’ll need to let some things go.
That’s what Modules 4 and 5 are for. Most students come in without offer clarity. Clarity is an output of the course, not a prerequisite.
The people you’ll serve don’t need your story to be cinematic. They need you to have moved through what they’re currently stuck in. The most effective guides aren’t the ones with the most extreme biographies. They’re the ones who can meet someone in a specific kind of pain and point to a door the person hasn’t seen yet. Module 2 dismantles the “not enough” voice directly.
Module 3 covers exactly this. Where to write. What to write. How to write from your voice without it reading as self-indulgent. Most guides inside moved away from Instagram and X toward Substack, LinkedIn, Threads, or email. We go deep on the choice.
Less than you think. The blueprint works from zero. Quality of connection beats scale of following every time.
The model works across domains: relationship work, spiritual awakening, creative expression, business strategy, embodiment, life transitions, purpose, grief, neurodivergence. The specifics change. The structure doesn’t.
The course is three hours. For implementation: 15–30 minutes of daily writing, two to three hours of weekly client work once clients arrive, one to two hours of offer-building per week. Consistency over volume.
Minimal. The tech stack module shows the lightest possible setup — a calendar link, a payment processor, a newsletter. Students have built full practices with less tooling than their Netflix accounts.
Two-pay installments available in the checkout — half now, half in 30 days. Crypto possible but manual; email create@nikhuno.com. PayPal only as a last resort; if it’s your only option, we’ll make it work.
I don’t offer refunds, and I want to be honest about why. Energetic commitment is a real reason but not the whole reason.
The work doesn’t work for people with one foot out the door. I’ve run this course long enough to see the pattern. The students who get real results are the ones who decided they were in. The ones who buy with a 30-day guarantee in their back pocket treat the work as optional, hit the first hard module, and opt out. That protects nobody.
I stand behind every module. If you engage fully with the material and genuinely don’t find value, email create@nikhuno.com. We’ll find something that feels fair — a call, an exchange, a next step.
Instant access to the course, all bonuses, the community, the workbook. Welcome email with orientation. Tier 2 students get a code by email to open their full Alchetype report, free. You’re welcomed into the community within the hour.
No, and I’d rather be upfront. Everything in both tiers is pre-recorded. The walkthroughs and the workshops are recordings you watch on your own time, the same set everyone gets, not 1:1 or personalized, and nothing is scheduled or live. The one shared, ongoing space is the community, where 454+ guides post and I show up too. That’s the same in both tiers.
Tier 2’s personal pieces are your own Alchetype report, built from your answers, and the AI mentor trained on me. Both are yours the moment you join.
No. If you bought an Alchetype report before and you join Tier 2, email me at create@nikhuno.com — I’ll refund what you paid for it. You’ll also get a fresh code to run a new report for free if you want one. Your archetype can shift over a year, so a new reading is often worth it.

I built this while traveling the world.
From cafés in the Indian Himalayas to cozy stone houses in Mallorca and Puglia. The work doesn’t require a studio, a team, or a location — just a laptop, three focused hours, and the willingness to write what you actually mean.
A personal note.
I’m writing this from a small stone house in Puglia with the window open onto olive trees. A year ago I was still figuring out what to say to someone exactly like you. The person who’d been doing this work quietly for years without a title. The person who hadn’t yet given herself permission to charge what it’s actually worth.
The last thing I want is to add to the pile of courses the internet is drowning in. I wouldn’t run this one if it weren’t the thing I wished someone had handed me on the floor of my apartment at $243.
If you feel the calling but the practical path has been missing, this is the practical path. If you’ve been circling it for a year or two or five, waiting to feel more ready, the readiness is on the other side of the decision.
If this isn’t the right fit, close the page. I’ll think no less of you for it.
If it is, I’ll see you inside.
Non aspettare che la voce si spenga. Don’t wait for the voice to go quiet.
— yours,
